Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyStars.tg ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Service Description

MyStars.tg is a platform for purchasing Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium using cryptocurrency. We accept payments in GRAM and USDT on the TON blockchain. Upon successful payment verification, your order is delivered to the specified Telegram account.

Eligibility

• You must have an active Telegram account.
• You must have access to a TON Connect-compatible wallet to make cryptocurrency payments.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency transactions.
• You are subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service regarding the use of Telegram Stars.

Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions

Some places and some people are outside what we are able to serve. In these Terms, a "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region subject to comprehensive embargoes or restrictive measures administered by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the European Union or the United Kingdom, as designated by those authorities from time to time. A "Designated Person" means any person or entity named on a consolidated sanctions list maintained by any of those authorities. By using the Platform you confirm that:

• you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• you are not a Designated Person;
• you are not acting for, or on behalf of, a Designated Person or anyone in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• you will not use a VPN, proxy, or false location or identity information to access the Platform from somewhere you otherwise could not.

These designations change over time and we do not notify you when they do. Checking your own position before each purchase is your responsibility, not ours.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel any order at our discretion, and may withhold, freeze or otherwise handle funds to the extent required by applicable law — nothing in the Refunds and Reversals section overrides this. We do not maintain our own list: the current designations are published by the authorities themselves, in OFAC's sanctions programs and country information and the EU Sanctions Map.

Payment Terms

We accept payments in GRAM and USDT. All applicable fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment — the total you see is the total you pay. Payments made through the Cryptomus checkout also carry that processor's fee, which is included in the total shown before you confirm.

Star prices include a platform margin over the base cost. Prices are shown in both cryptocurrency and USD equivalent for transparency.

Due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations and wallet rounding, payments that fall significantly outside the expected amount may be automatically returned on-chain to the wallet that paid.

Delivery

Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium are delivered directly to the specified Telegram account upon successful payment verification. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to blockchain congestion or third-party service availability. We will automatically retry delivery in such cases.

Refunds and Reversals

Successfully delivered Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium are non-refundable. Once the product has been delivered to the recipient's Telegram account, the transaction is final.

If a payment cannot be processed because the amount paid is incorrect, or the transaction memo is missing or wrong, the amount received is automatically returned on-chain to the wallet that paid. We prioritise completing your order and will retry delivery before taking any other action; if an order ultimately cannot be delivered, the amount paid is returned to the originating wallet. A small network fee may be deducted from any return to cover blockchain gas costs, and amounts below the minimum processing threshold are not eligible for return.

Pending payments that are not completed within the payment window are automatically cancelled. If funds for a cancelled payment later arrive on-chain, they are returned to the originating wallet as described above.

Referral Program

• Referrers earn a commission on purchases made by users they referred. Commission rates and payout thresholds are displayed in the Referral Dashboard.
• Attribution is based on a first-touch model. Once a buyer is attributed to a referrer, the relationship is permanent.
• Self-referral is strictly prohibited. You cannot earn commission on your own purchases.
• Commissions are paid in GRAM to the wallet address you specify in the Referral Dashboard.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate referral privileges if we detect fraudulent activity, manipulation, or abuse of the program.
• Telegram Premium purchased with Telegram Stars is excluded from the referral program and does not generate referral commissions.

Intellectual Property

The MyStars.tg name, logo, and website content are proprietary. "Telegram," "Telegram Stars," and related marks are trademarks of Telegram Group Inc. "TON" and "The Open Network" are trademarks of the TON Foundation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Telegram or the TON Foundation.

Limitation of Liability

MyStars.tg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by blockchain network congestion or downtime.
• Changes to Telegram Stars pricing, availability, or policies by Telegram.
• Unavailability of third-party services used to process transactions.
• Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
• Cryptocurrency price fluctuations between payment initiation and settlement.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or automated abuse prevention systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Platform without authorization.
• Manipulate the referral program through fraudulent means.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Platform, and refuse or cancel any order. This includes, without limitation, where:

• you breach these Terms, including any confirmation you gave in the Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions section;
• we are required to do so by applicable law, or by a payment, blockchain or fulfilment provider we depend on;
• we detect fraud, abuse, or an attempt to manipulate pricing, the referral program, or our abuse-prevention systems;
• Telegram, Fragment, or another upstream service withdraws or restricts the product we would have delivered to you.

We are not liable for any loss arising from a suspension or termination under this section. Orders already delivered are unaffected.

General Provisions

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• These Terms are published in several languages for your convenience. Where a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain outages, changes made by Telegram or Fragment, and acts of government.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform. Blog posts, guides, help articles and marketing material are informational only and do not form part of these Terms.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of the Platform.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of MyStars.tg after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
