Nobody picks the winner. A block does.

We publish a commitment before entries open. The first TON block after the close supplies the randomness. Anyone can recompute the result.

01 · CommitThe organiser funds the prize.
The prize is locked in escrow and a commitment — the hash of a secret seed — is published before anyone can enter. The prize and winner count can't change after this; the close can only be brought forward, and the draw still runs against a block produced after the actual close.
02 · CollectEntries land as hashes.
Each entrant gets a number and a salted SHA-256 of their Telegram id. Names stay private, and every entrant can find their own line in the published list.
03 · DrawThe next block decides.
The seed is revealed and mixed with the first TON block after the close and the frozen entrant list. Anyone can recompute the winners; prizes are delivered automatically.
